Parking, that’s a joke. Absolutely no spaces at all after going around 3 times, people were abandoning their cars on grass verges and pavements. It’s a joke.

Received a "Polite Parking Notice"Action Required. For parking on a New Cross hospital road with "No Double Yellow Lines Or Signage. Also had a Valid Blue Badge Correctly Displayed. If was official New Cross wouldn't have had a leg to stand on. If double yellow lines were in place. I wouldn't have parked there Blue Badge or not. Get facts right before scaremongering visitors.

Just a rip off should be only £2.00 for 2 hours £3.00.for 3 hours etc

Car park sign was saying spaces but there where none. It was absolute chaos with cars trying to find spaces. I waited for a space to become free only for someone who arrived after me to pull in from the side.

Worst carparks for reliability that I have EVER used. Ripoff and a useless one at that.

When you visit here for cancer treatment the camera says you have not left but arrived twice so making it stressful enough telling me I need to pay 24 hours ie 9.50 for a 2 to 3 hour stay ,its daylight robbery, I refuse to pay invoice me ,I have enough stress without this

After a recent visit here for cancer treatment the camera said I had arrived Sunday 27th feb and not left .but arrived again March 1st .so said I had to pay the maximum amount ,obviously the cameras are designed to rob people.

Absolute rip off it should be outlawed, paid 23 quid over 2 days the don't advertise you can get a weekly permit for 17.50, attendants are all typically can't be bothered attitude and to cap it all on the last day I had to pay twice cos machine messed up, would've been a bad idea to talk to an attendant cos I would wound up in jail, its a right money printing operation, scammers.

I was there Friday 5th April. Arrived at 12.45 to see my husband who is seriously ill. The barrier on the car park opposite accident and emergency would not go up even though the sign said spaces. Then people were having to go right up to the barrier, reverse and repeat before the sensor would recognise anyone was waiting. I spent 25 minutes waiting when all I wanted to do was get into the hospital to see my husband. Absolutely terrible.

Letting people into car park. Even when there are 10 cars driving around. The sign says full. Why let people in when there is no spaces. Saw a car park attendant chatting to some woman. Told me about the problem. And replied not my problem. Good attitude from car park attendant.

Car parks signs saying full yet saw four disabled bays empty but couldnt access them until a car left park and altered signage barrier last week..this week allowed in but then no disabled .drove out within 15 being free but told I should have got ticket on leaving ..how can I get ticket if I can't get out of my car cus no disabled bay and needed to unload my electric would have made me over the 15 mins..no thought gone into disabled parking efficiency
