We was charged twice in this carpark.

I parked on carpark 2 at 13.30hrs today, to attend my son’s hospital appointment, he has a blue badge. In the 1st instance my no. Plate was not recognised x3 so I entered my details and time of parking, the 1st machine didn’t except it so I then did the same on the 2nd machine and it eventually worked, but wouldn’t process the barcode on the disabled badge. So I had to pay.
