Great service, great payment options, CCTV, kept clean and best of all - very cheap. Bargain!!

Not managed well at all consistently got Cars parking out off bays blocking the exit! Had to reverse round the car parks one way system on many occasion to be able to get out! Had to give this 1 star to be able to leave a review definitely doesn’t deserve the 1 star!

No management... people park outside of bays blocking exits using no common sense!

Entered my card in the machine said it had been cancelled so tried again, yet again been cancelled so used a different card, I now have a £6 bill for parking that should of been £2 because your machines don't work properly....oh and guess what, no contact number to call as the one on the notices doesn't work!!!

I only give this car park 1 star as it always has spaces. The machines only take cards and are VERY slow in a morning. Most mornings only 1 machine out of 2 works! Leading to a huge queue of people trying to pay to park. If you want to park here add another half an hour to your getting up time to get to work on time.

As Hull city has got busier this car park has regularly allowed an overflow of vehicles to park in non designated spots, causing obstructions and blocking the 1 way system exit. Today I had to reverse around the car park to get out!!!! I have not once seen a penalty notice on these vehicles, thus has gone on for months, leading me to think that the owners are happy collecting these additional parking fees and happy to ignore the problems it's causing for regular customer who follow their policy properly. Money grabbers, poor service!!!
