Do they want customers in these shops/gym? As a pensioner it’s a lot of money to find, they should be shot, 2 hours is nothing when you shop!

Disgusting , been shopping here for as long as the retail park has been open. Am I suppose to search to see what signage says everyday just incase they change their policy. Its ridiculous. Went to b&m after work then 3hrs later went to the gym and got slammed with £100 parking fine. I've always done this and never been fined before. I don't know when the rules changed but they need to make the signs bigger and more clear. It's a Joke. Won't be shopping at those shops as often as I use to.

This car park has minimal unclear signs. There is apparently also a no return within 4 hours,which is not clear. Definitely think twice before shopping in this area

I work for B&M and parked here whilst helping with a stock take. My car was registered by the store with the landlord so that I would not be fined. However so far I have had 3 letters telling me that Parkingeye want to take me to court. Even though I was parked legimately. Cannot contact them directly as the only number available is for payments so am having to write to them. Hopefully this will solve this issue, if not I will see them in court!!!

Misleading as it is a place where you can spend ages sometimes, especially if you have a coffee etc. which is what I did on 23 Aug 2021 when I met a friend there. Few days later we both have a huge parking fine and it claims that there are signs clearly showng the parking limit. Of course they are not clear or we would have spotted one. Went back to look and managed to find three small ones, so not clearly not clear, who will overstay 11 minutes if there is a clear threatening sign. Sadly my research chucks up many upset people all over the country with little appeals success. It's not so much the money aspect (which we can all do without of course) but the upset following a happy time and the sly methods of gleaning money. ParkingEye showing a multi million turnover, so it cannot be about parking particularly, more about large concern making large profits via deceitful means, yet another scam in truth here.

Just got a £100 bill for parking at a retail park... had to queue to get into two stores because of covid and this is what I get... didn’t see any signage at all!!! Going to appeal!

New to the area didn’t realize I couldn’t shop and browse not to mention have lunch and be on a time limit of 3 hours! I think it is awful that u can’t park in the spaces, spend hundreds of £’s in the shops to only end up having to spend 100£ for parking? It’s novthe wonder people are buying everything online!

Parked here and went shopping and lunch with elderly disabled mother. Have just received a ticket as I overstayed the 3 hour limit. Shame for the shops if you don't have time to browse and lunch without clock watching. It's very time consuming with someone in a wheelchair. Extremely upset.
