I think it’s a disgusting rate to charge people who are distressed. Who wants to visit a hospital unless they have to! Why not charge on exit. We don’t know how long we will need as the appointments are running late! Doesn’t make sense to have pay and display. Sort it out!

This is a hospital car park, it should be payment on leaving since most of the time you don't know how long you will need to park. It is shameful that at a point of maximum stress you have companies like this ripping you off!
