The most ridiculous car park system ever. Stuck for 2 hours trying to get out from floor 6. Total Gridlock when busy. Very bad design and will not be using again.

May be ok at other times, but must be avoided around 5pm on Saturdays! Took an hour and a half to get out from the 6th floor, staff were guiding cars out through open exits, instead of doing anything useful!

Never thought I'd write a 5 star review for a multi storey! This car park is large with wide spaces to drive through and park in. The spiral roadway is not cramped and covered in scratchef paint from people struggling to navigate through tight spaces as there are no tight spaces. Actually a pleasure to park here. Yes the charges are high but it's a city centre spot and I've paid higher in my local town centre for the same number of hours. Recommended.

This is a beautifully run, wide space, brightly lit car park that I would judge outstanding and the only one I would use near the city centre excellent facilities easy to use may be the best one in Bristol . Highly recommended.

I think this is the best parking in Bristol. It is not expensive for the location. There are always parking space. Very wide inner streets and parking spaces. A lot of lifts. Direct and cover connection with the Cabot circus shopping center. It is not the cheapest but it is by far the most confortable and convenient.

Very expensive just to go shopping.

One of the best in Bristol, nice wide spaces with good lighting levels. The security is also very good even late at night it feels like your as safe as you could be. The price considering how close to town you are how much nicer it is than the old NCPs in and around Bristol I think the price is quite good, there are cheaper but you will struggle to get some where as close to town, with spaces as wide, as well lit and as secure as this one. Overall I would give it 5 stars
