No parent and child spaces!!!!
Very very hard work with 1 baby and pram, never mind 2!

Very few disabled spaces allocated for such a large car park and you have to pay. Preston bus station car park has multiple disabled spaces on all levels by the lifts and is now very secure and clean. Ps blue badge holders have 3 hrs free

Much improved following the installation of new barriers and payment machines. No more tokens and change to deal with, can also avoid queuing completely with the online auto-payment service.

I have needed to park on the car park for the last two weeks. The machines have been broken the entire time. They do not accept cards or £5 notes. The length of time it is taking to resolve the issue is not acceptable and creating unnecessary inconvenience for customers.

Might be secure but today (Saturday) 2 of 4 pay stations inoperative, other 2 took no notes or cards. Queues of good people receiving the message, ‘we don’t care if you shop here’. Disgraceful

I use this car park all of,the time and it’s probably one of the most secure locations with spaces big enough for everyone....would be 5 stars BUT BEWARE ... don’t lose your token!! Just two weeks ago they charged me £36 to get my car out.... and I’m told the cost should have been £12.00 not heard from them yet either.
