Got a charge for not paying a displaying on the windscreen of a motorbike. There is no windscreen on my motorbike so therefore I can not display ticket

Used this car park for uni as was close to the campus (15 minute walk to SU and Library). Always a space, cheap parking tickets (£3.70 for all day) and permits for 3 and 12 months and staff are always friendly and helpful. But be careful in September and October as a lot of students use the car park as it offers free parking to UCLAN permit holders during these months. And the other two nearby car park (Trinity Square and St Mary's) are more expensive. So get there earlier if you want a space.

The car park is quite big and easy to get into spaces. The hill is steep to up so if you struggle with walking park lower down. It is close to uni making it the perfect location to park. However enough the standard rate is cheap and is clear display. The permit is £150 with VAT making it expensive for university students. Although the car is close, easy to find, clean and monitored during daytime you can't beat it.

You’d think that once the owners of this car park got rid of parking eye it would improve? Oh no it’s worse! Pay for a permit at £125 every 90 days and on first week got a ticket on the Sunday with permit clearly in view! Glad to see parking eye no longer run this car park. Easy and convenient to get to, very tidy and manned which gives that added security and confidence.

Parking Eye manage this car park and will send you charge notices for invalid reasons - stay away.
