Avoid!!! The ramps are horrendously narrow. I have a Toyota CHR, the walls of the ramps were literally half an inch from the side of my car. Very tricky to negotiate and loads of paint and scratches where people have damaged their cars.

Terrible !!! I am soooo regret I didn't see the review before parking there. The ramp is soooo narrow and my car got scratched badly.

AVOID!!! The ramps are very narrow and you can see all the paint from the cars that scratched their cars. I'm a good driver and I have been driving around the world and my car got scratched in one of the ramps. There a lot of bad reviews and no one seems to do anything about it!

Way too narrow I nearly had a heart attack getting my new car up and (even worse) down these ramps!

Poorly designed car park. Too narrow for modern cars. John Lewis should be ashamed to associate themselves with such a poor standard facility not to mention directing their customers to it.

I have been driving for over 25 years across 4 continents, having held licenses in 5 different countries. I’ve been in some tight spots but this is hands down the worst car park I have ever tried to park in. The ramps are so narrow that you can barely make it up them if you drive anything much wider than a smart car. Not sure who built it and then congratulated themselves on what a fine job they did. Avoid at all cost

This is an absolutely terrible car park. I couldn't believe how tight the ramps up and down were. Took me a lot of time and stress to get in and out. I can only imagine they were trying to fit in as many car parking spaces as they could at the expense of basic practicality. One to be avoided for sure!

Terrible car park, the ramps are too narrow for modern cars. Also poor signage, I found a space on the top floor but the only way down was via a staircase which was unsuitable with a pram. More parent spaces needed.

Horrific. Truly. I’ve driven a car for over 35 years in the UK and in Europe. I’ve experience some difficult parking experiences but nothing matches this car park. Badly signed. Tight turn to get in and the ramps are something else! I drive a Volvo XC60 so not the widest of cars…..but I struggled to get up to the fourth floor. And getting down was even worse. This was possible THE worst experience ever of having to use a multi storey. If you drive anything wider than a SMART car, I’d suggest you park elsewhere. Horrific experience!

Ramps are far to tight almost impossible to make the turns!

Ramps are very narrow and I scratched my car on the way down the ramp.

Convenient for John Lewis but that’s about it. Awful car park, ramps are far too tight, my car is quite large (Volvo S90) and barely made it up the ramps without scraping it, by the numerous different paint colours on the ramps this car park provides plenty of work for the body shops. Unless you have a very small car give this one a miss.

Extremely narrow ramps between levels, unless you have a mini or Fiat 500 I wouldn’t bother!

Terrible car park, the ramps are very very narrow. If you have a car that is larger than mini, DO NOT GO.

Very difficult to navigate up and down the ramps.

Note that this car park closes at 6:30pm!
