Zero stars xx Absolute cowboys. I still have ticket that says valid till 14.57 but sent fine saying it ran out at 14:56:10...how can they get away with it? I am not paying fine and if appeal doesn't work then going to Ombudsman that deal with it. Absolute scammers. Please don't throw your ticket away - keep for 2 weeks in case you get a fine. An absolute disgrace of a car park...severe potholes. Won't ever use again x

Do not use! Euro Car Parks Ltd issues fines at the drop of a hat and terrifies people into paying them. A claim should be brought against them! I'm not well, so rather fight I've had to pay, but was within the 10 minutes grace period but only had credit card notification (with date and time to prove it) and heard they can still take it to court. I wish I had the energy to take it on.

Scam! Terrible experience. I paid on the App which came up as Portland Gates. Although it looks like the same car park it is not when it comes to charges. This feels like a deliberate ploy to catch people out.

There are camera's on the entrance and exit of this car park and they go by this time and not the time you purchase a car parking ticket hence a parking fine for being 6 minutes over!!!

Total disgrace. Paid correct amount by contactless card for parking in March 2023. ECP don't accept Barclays bank statement and bank letter as proof of payment. Now want payment of £170 and threatening court next. Can you believe it?

July 30 2023. I received a parking fine even though displayed a valid disabled badge during our 2.30 minutes stay. A petition to car parks ombudsman.

Avoid this car park. Muddy and pot holed. Issued a ticket for non payment of parking fee. In fact I paid by cash and have disposed of the ticket thus I have no proof of payment. If you have to use pay by card, keep your ticket and your credit card statement. It looks as if I am not the first to have suffered at the hands of this firm.

AVOID THIS CAR PARK. As all the others, I recently paid for 3 hours parking here and returned after 2 hours and 13 minutes... Nevertheless, I received a parking charge fine of £100, which claimed that I hadn't paid. I'm currently appealing, supported by corroborating evidence - i.e. my bank statement clearly showing that payment of £3.50 was made to ECP - North Place on the date in question...

Don’t use this car park. You could get fined for no apparent reason. I paid for more time than needed in March. I have just received a final notification for a fine of £100. Total scam. I am appealing and seeking advice. I am one of many. Don’t use. North place Cheltenham.

Parking machine rarely works and the company will "fine" you if you wait too long and leave. Avoid this car park and go somewhere more honest. Appeal service is virtually non-existant.

Got parking fine, paid for 3 hours, stayed 2 hours 20 minutes. Avoid this carpark.

Terrible carpark and terrible company. Got a fine when I paid for a ticket and they know all the tricks to make you pay. Send back dated letters 3 weeks out of date to justify their late fee and don't speak to you and ignore emails. We paid for a ticket and now being threatened with £275 fine now.

Awful car park, received fine as car park was extremely busy so had to wait for space and paying at machine. I sent info to appeal process but still issues fine.

Terrible surface, but great location and cost compared to other car parks. Always has space and with great distance to town. Would be great if they could fill the pot holes, but as long as you drive slow it will be fine

Terrible car park, lure you in with cheap prices. Then fine you for using their substandard facilities full of potholes and little to no parking spaces painted. The only thing they invest money in is sending fines.

A horrible car park, poorly maintained, there are potholes everywhere. In common with a lot of reviewers I was sent a £100 parking fine claiming I had not paid. Avoid.

Should have a 0. This car park is in an utter state of disrepair, its been half dug up with rubble and massive pot holes left everywhere. I've fallen over on it and ripped my jeans, and also had a fine for my troubles. Be warned this car park now dubiously uses cameras upon entry and exit, so the time you purchase your ticket means nothing. A £100 fine poorly reflects losses of a 12 minute over stay, they need to shut it down its a massive health and safety hazard and a fining trap for motorists.

This car park is unrateable as it is nothing less than a con to call it a "carpark". totally unfit surface as it is dangerous for blue badge drivers to walk without aids.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t leave a single minute after your time unless you want a ticket. Paid for 3 hour’s parking but still got a ticket.

Absolutely appalling carpark. Would NOT recommend & definitely will NOT use again ever. I WOULD rather pay an extra 30p to use CBC carpark. AVOID....................

Don’t use ! You will damage your car !!! Pot holes are horrific, and if you haven’t left the car park by your end of ticket you will be fined ! Even for a couple of minutes, loading a pram or making a call. They are robbers !!
