Why is it only 3 hours time you shop have a bit to eat and a coffee. It's not like you can pay for extra time. All businesses need to get together and put pressure on land owners

Absolutely ridiculous.if you want to visit each store have coffee ,then try to get off the car park ,not possible in three hrs .shall not shop on the park again

You do not get 3 full hours parking. You can appeal your ticket (and will probably lose) Once you've appealed that's final. Don't chance it, don't stay 3 hours.

Got a fine for doing my Christmas shopping here! Spent a fortune and then got stuck in traffic with my newborn and ended up 'overstaying' due to the queues! Ridiculous, won't be shopping here again!

I was stuck in the carpark with a baby for hours and on top of that they sent me a fine! It’s ridiculous!!!

Absolutely a joke. 10 minutes in the shop but 3 h in the car queueing to get out of the car park as is so silly design one way out keeping people waiting impossible to leave on time within the 3 hours allowance. Rippers !!!!! And clever thieves looking for money so easy way to do it is to fine people for stuck in traffic unable to leave on time the car park.

Will never shop at this retail park again due to this horrendous car park, been sent a fine due to having to que.

Although there are plenty of signs stating 3hr maximum stay… it simply isn’t long enough on busy days.. especially if you decide to take a relaxing break at costa, subway or greggs. Absolutely no justification for the extortionate penalties imposed..

Bollards need to go on the left as you enter as deluvery drivers collecting from SUBWAY are parking on the pavement causing an hazard, danger !!!!
