Couldn’t believe it. Disabled parking now full of waste bins. From over 10 bays to 2. Appalling. Then the pay machine was broken. What a disrespectful indictment to Rochdale disabled folk.

Went for 2nd covid jab on Sunday 28th Mar to find EVERYmachine out of order. I had to use autopay on mobile. It charged me an extra 30p for the pleasure. Why, do you get an extra 30% just because you can't be bothered to repair your machines? Oh, I think I know why! I tried texting to complain and demand my 30p back (just being as picky as you) and suddenly you can't read my messages! I want a respond to this and my money refunding. It seems you're either prosecuting people or making an extra 30% on your business. Why bother maintaining your machines when you can fleece us? 0 stars.
