The receipt your get from the machine shows the time you arrive accurately, but the time shown on the receipt when you leave is the end of the charge brackets you fall into. Misleading !!! Plus there is a mismatch between the machine pricing and the displayed advertising and additionally the parking web site . Additionally whilst the car park is almost brand new it is very easy to damage your car on pillars and barriers etc . Be careful

This car park should in no way pass a health and saftey check! My car has been written off as On friday of last week I was on Level D in the carpark. I was turning my car round to park in a free space when i hit/smashed into a low concerete barrier which had 'NO' warning signs or anything on it (other low barrier has yellow suck on signs, others were just on the floor!) The low barrier was only approx 1m 20m. I have attached pictures showing my smashed windscreen and winscreen barrier(insurance company have written car off due to the damage to the windscreen pillar) Another car has done the exact same thing the same day or day before as there was a load of windscreen glass on the floor. Im currently in contact with the health and safety tema at sheffield council. Have tried calling the car park no answer and have contacted them through there website no reply yet. Car park is nice however their ANPR system didn't recognise our number plate which you need to enter on a screen to be able to enter the building. Luckily the security guy came past as no one was answering their phone lines and let us in.

Nice convenient and secure parking for the town centre. Prices have more than doubled recently so check with the owner before visiting.

This is a great carpark, I think it has about 5 lower floors. Lots of spaces, the last time I was there they took half the car park away as they were doing some sort of construction work making less spaces to park, overall a great place to park.
