Parked with blue badge on display, received a ticket for over stay for twenty minutes over two hours, checked google time line and it indicates I was parked two hours.

Just got a fine for £100, complete joke.. I was parked in a disabled space with my cards on view. 2hours 39 minutes.. Always been free up to 3 hours! Never park there..just be warned.

I parked in this car park at 4pm and it had always been free after 6pm I got back to my car at 6.08pm. Couldn't see a sign to say anything had changed. So got a fine. These people need taking down

The people that run this car park cp plus are scammers. I was unaware the free time had changed from 3 down to 2 hours so when I received a ticket in the post I appealed it. I got no response. The next thing I know I get another letter telling me I had not paid or appealed so the fine had gone from £60 to £170. There was no way to contact them so I sent a letter recorded delivery. Still no reply.then I get a letter from debt collectors! They are saying the company sent me a letter so i have to pay the £170! This I am not doing so going to take them to court. Please everyone be careful when you park here.

My nan who has never had a parking ticket in her life is really stressed out by receiving a £170 fine. It states that they have already sent out two letters which she never received. It's clearly fraud. It's shameful that they can get away with this; my nan is a pensioner; it's a huge amount of money. She didn't intentionally overstay but is happy to pay a reasonable fee but £170 with 'legal action pending'. I'd rather we went to court but that's stressful for her. I am disgusted that they can get away with it

CP plus who are in charge of this car park are scammers so please be wary of them. As the keeper of the vehicle, I received a letter 2 months after "overstaying" in the car park. 1st letter was never received probably never sent, second letter arrived 16 days after the date on the letter demanding payment within 7 days, which is too late to even pay that. Next step is their legal team taking further action. Just a word of warning for everyone using this car park.

This car park is an organised scandal. Avoid at all costs. They say 4 hours free, whereas it's 2 hours in reality. Plus, unlike the council they will not send you letters saying you exceeded the parking limit and even give you discount like any council would do, if you pay before a certain date. They will send a letter many months after you parked saying they sent you letters (when they have not), and we have not responded. So they will take you to court, if you do not pay them a very high amount, that they put on the letter they finally send - as I said literally months later. Please avoid at all costs. Please park at the council car park just a bit away. Prospect place car park needs to be avoided at all costs. This private car park is an organised scandal to threaten and loot innocent people.

I parked on a wet and dark evening, when going to the theatre. I had parked there before and paid by card, which I did again. The ticket was printed and I put it in my purse. When I got home I took it out and saw it said 'Not a valid ticket', on the bottom. I could not contact the firm without a fine number so had to wait. I then appealed including a photo of my ticket, which stated I had tried to pay £5.00. My appeal was rejected and I was told if I could not pay by machine I should have paid by phone, so obviously they had not even read my appeal !!! My advice, ; always check your ticket wording, or park somewhere else !!!

Never park here. Just received 2 PCN's. 1 for Bank Holiday in August and a Sunday - both advertised as FREE.

My daughter took my disabled Mother out shopping to Dartford, thought they had 3 hours free parking as had a blue Badge, apparently this doen't count in a private car park which this is. Appealed the £60 fine and just received notification they will reduce to £20

What an absolute joke this place is! I've just received a parking fine for £100 for parking for 3 hours on a Bank Holiday which it states is free for 4 hours. I made an appeal and didn't get any response and then just received this fine. Definitely won't be going anywhere near the place again.

Payed by phone due to machine not working now received parking fine due to the system not hearing my full number plate .just be hit with a 100 pound fine tried appealing no success. Bye Dartford Town won't be shopping here again

Avoid vising this place. Information is not clear and you will get hefty fine for even over stay by 10/15 mins. Not a good place to park due to this. I won't visit or park at this place again

Just got a fine for parking in disabled Bay for 2hours 17 mins putting in appeal now doubt I'll get It

Just got a parking ticket saying I was there for 7h 30!!! I think something is wrong there. Now appealing. Go rob the rich and leave us poor folk alone!!

Got parking ticket for being 16 minutes over the 2 hours free parking. The thing is I was parked less than 2 hours they time you as you go in and the time you exit. Sometimes takes you 10 minutes to park and get out. Money grabbing crooks there display does not say driving around car park is part of you parking.

I parked my car on the 31st of August, summer bank holiday, the place clearly states that the parking is 4h free on Sundays and bank holidays. I did not exceed the hours. Also, The payment machines were off and the board does not mention that you need a ticket to display when it’s free. However, yesterday I received a fine. Careful with this place ! Next time I would Rather pay a few pounds on parking owned by the council than risking it even if it means walking a few minutes to tkmaxx.

Just received parking fine parked in a disabled bay!! 2hrs 50mins. Not realising that they dont do as others do 3 hours!! There is a reason we are allowed this long as anything can go wrong being dissabled especially with toilets not being open during covid!! So thanks for being so understanding NOT!! You are welcome to your £50.00 plus £1.50 admin. Baring in mind queues at shops in some cases not finding what you need at prospect place and trying to find somewhere in Dartford to use a toilet! allowing for time to fit dissabled mobility scooter up and down and getting person in and out of car!!! A little more understanding wouldn't go a miss. Maybe time you got up to date with the rest of the car parks!!

Thieving bastard's, 2 hours free not clearly displayed when it's at least 3 hours everywhere else and they charge you again to pay them!!!

I agree signage not clear at all and when they do fine you they charge you extra whatever Way you pay robbing *********

Got stung £50 for parking over 2 hours. Not at all clear that there is only a short period free. Outrageous...

Suddenly the rules have changed and we were fined for parking then there in the evening. A change of this sort should be made very clear with very obvious signs, not just a black and whiteboard notice board. Why is there a need to charge in the evening when the car park is nearly empty. On top of this you are forced to pay an extra fee to pay the fine. How did this company get a parking award?

Pd £3.00 which means 2 hrs free parking 1 hr be aware had to pay £50 fine its not 3 hrs 2 free hrs

Be careful parking you pay for 3 hours parking then send you parking tucket for £50 Dont park there
