Parking much improved, ticket machines have gone now a 3 hours free or pay for total time you have been there. Simple

Free parking 3 hours. Rubbish. You get fined if you spend less than 30 mins and have not entered your car registration

It’s a TERRIBLE Car park and COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL It says free for 3 hrs. It has cameras logging time of entry and Exit yet you can be fined if you have not entered your Reg number and spent less than 3 hrs. Free parking. WHY?????

looks nice, much spaces, but very busy. try to make some more spaces, so when it is a busy day, your car can have a space to park your car.

Can anybody tell me if you use the disable bay do you have to display your blue badge and still get a ticket please

I parked. Got a parking ticked with my car registration on it. Went to library to change books. 32 minutes. Fine £60 I still have ticket. I went to police. They sent a letter and a copy of pay ticket say in the letter. Train your staff it to issue illegal parking fines. I signed letter. Do not park in this car park.

Disabled Just received a ticket only showing going in and going out not of parked vehicle. Disgusting £60 fine

If I could rate this car park 0 stars I really would, absolute bollocks fining me for parking for 30 minutes dropping things off for a wedding when it clearly says first 3 hours free, £60 fine my ass

10 minutes my son was in this car park . Got a letter stating he has a £60 had a picture of him entering and a picture if him leaving 10 minutes later, not stating the reason for the fine it has clear signs saying it's free for the first 3 hours absolutely distucuting company and even worse customer service !!!

Disgraceful that we got a ticket for an hour and half. Obviously appealed but how many people just pay it. Con artist's

It’s a pity many businesses are closing down or relocating to a area where smart parking are barred.Many local customers are targeted by barbarians for their had earned cash.These barbarians also use tactics to extort from the innocent.

I stopped their briefly in a disabled bay with my blue badge, under the impression parking was free like most other car parks.Slapped with an £80.00 fine

I've now received 2 parking fines. On both occasions I've bought tickets for 3 hours and 5 hours both of which I left in time if ticket times. I've phoned the company spoke to a rude man who then hung up on me I called bk 3 times he hung up then spike to a rude lady who told me they will take me to court. She asked have I still got my tickets.... who keeps a ticket for that long..... this is an absolute joke!!!!!

My daughter is a student and uses this car park for college. She puts in 50p for an extra hour and has been sent parking fines for 4 occasions at £60 a go. As the previous comments state 3hrs free parking, they time it from entrance to exit, it can take you 20 minutes to find a parking space. I've just received a fine for parking for 2hrs in the 3hr free zone, and on the website it states car park is open until17.30 so not sure they can actually charge for time after 'closing'! Hence I am appealing ……

Received a parking ticket for parking here for one hour even though it is stated 3 hours free. Absolute rip off. Called the company and spoke to a rude woman who said basicly i have to pay it or risk having baliffs come to my door. Disgusting company trying to use scare tactics! I would recommend parking your car elsewhere!

Daylight robbery. The sign clearly stated three hours free and specified how much to pay for longer than three hours. I PAID and still got a parking ticket. Beware. It’s a rip off.

I parked here for 28 mins and got a parking ticket 17 days later. I will be phoning these people up as I can't see where I have committed an offence. It clearly said 3 hours free parking.

The same as others. It is advertised as Free Parking for 2 hours but I got a ticket after 40 minutes. It’s either free or it’s not. It has CCTV so it’s obvious that 8 haven’t parked too long.

Exactly then same story as everyone else. Car Park clearly states 3 hours free and I have just been issued a parking ticket for a 40 minute stay. I will end up butchering these time wasting mugs one day.

My Mrs spent 45mins there, whereas the parking says free parking for 3hrs. Now she got a ticket.

This parking said it is free for the first 3 hours whereas is not . Just received a ticket.
