Great location for work and short walk over the road to INTU. Cheapest of the car parks in the area but could do with the lifts replacing

Great carpark, extremely convenient for The Palace Theatre and the INTU centre, clean, brightly lit, friendly, helpful staff, the other day I pointed out to a very nice staff member that there was an issue with the downstairs entrance to the parking area - the step being the same colour as the floor, so if you didn't realise it was on a different level, could cause the risk of falling - The staff member took a photo of it and by the time I returned that evening, having parked all day, it had been painted to make it very clear that there was a step there ! That's what I call customer service, many thanks !

Poor exit design, difficult to get a large car out without scraping the wheels. It may be secure, but I have never seen anyone on site (IE a security guard doing rounds), stairs smell of urine. I've used it a few times, now looking elsewhere.

A great car park for the town centre as its directly opposite the market. For those travelling from/to the M1 J5, you can reach this car park without going around the ring road and when leaving - you only have to travel a short distance along the ring road. I always manage to park here without any trouble.
