Totally the worst car park in any main line station i have been to. one working meter takes coins only. overpriced. no signage for pedestrians!

Very handy for Watford Junction, cheaper than others, lots of spaces when I parked

Would give less than one star if I could! Don't bother using this car park if you want to pay by card ... it won't work either by the machine or by the phone line

Today 6/1/2017 I returned to my to see a penalty notice when I had already paid by connect cashless parking up until 12/1/2017. I have the the parking history online and will appeal. The fine was for not displaying a ticket and yet this company offers cashless parking where ticket sdo not have to be displayed.Absolute disgrace.

In fact, overall rating is zero after Indigo has taken it over. After using this carpark for more than ten years, they want me to pay a fine. Although the annual permit was displayed as for more than 10 years, overzealous attendant issued a penalty notice simply because it was not at the place where he prefers seeing it. He stated that the permit was not displayed when it was clearly visible from the side window where he placed the penalty notice! Funny man! Appeal, in which photographic evidence was provided, was rejected. Icing on the cake: rejection letter states wrong carpark (Hitchin) where the car was left without a valid ticket. I think we are going to Court. IF YOU CAN, AVOID CARPARKS MANAGED BY THIS ARROGANT AND GREEDY COMPANY!

Parked here for a few hours and discovered on return that the spare wheel from my car had been stolen. Appears to be no security whatsoever -yet paid £5.50 (off-peak) to park! Will not park my car here again!

This is an arrogant car park, with arrogant owners as there are no facilities or reasonable fees for someone dropping off. In effect you pay £7 for 7 minutes or 24 hours. What a complete rip-off. The owners should be ashamed of themselves but no doubt have smug grins on their faces!
