Abandoned car. MA58 MRV Untaxed since 31/12/2019. MOT expired 10th Jan 2021. Vehicle has been effectively dumped in public car park. Using a car parking space permanently in public car park, without payment since summer 2020. Vehicle has not moved since. Numerous parking tickets. Is being used for storage, as owner has been sighted and periodically comes to drop off or remove items from the car. Inadequate lighting. Dumped rubbish. No reflector strips on black railings and posts.
