Parked here by mistake in a large 4x4. No way to get out using the down ramp. No way to manoeuvre to get down without hitting the barriers. Not fit for purpose. Only suitable for very small cars. Along with several others had to drive out using the ‘in’ ramp. Avoid!

Used the car park for less than 2 hours, paid for 4 hours. Recieved a parking fine for £85. Appealed to Horizon parking which got rejected, saying we didn't pay for parking. Even though we put the car reg in at the machine, and the photo evidence shows we were there less than 2 hours. We now have debt recovery plus wanting 160 for parking that we payed for

As per the review given by another on April 14, this car park is terrible...do not use it, I almost guarantee that you will damage your car either going up a level or down. I also slightly scrapped my car. My parking sensors were lighting up red all around, but had to continue otherwise I wouldn't have been able to leave the car park. WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK AGAIN - WILL INSTEAD USE QUAYSIDE CAR PARK WHICH IS ONLY 200 METRES UP THE HILL.

I parked on level 1 overnight. When I left for work in morning. I couldn't get passed the barrier. No space to manouver and no signage to advise on this or I wouldn't have parked there! Damage caused by barrier to my car. Very unhappy customer!
