Avoid at all cost!!! You pay for the ticket but they still charge you for not displaying it where they say you should in your vehicle (on display but not on the correct place they ask for but they do not tell you any of this when you purchase the ticket) shocking service keep well away!

DO NOT PARK HERE! As others have said it is A SCAMWe paid to get in on 23 Nov 2019 at 23:36 for 2 hours and displayed the ticket (but it had slipped over to driver side of the dashboard). At 23:55 a parking charge notice was slapped on the windscreen. When we came out of the restaurant there were several people in same situation as us, the waiter from restaurant came out to help us and said a man with a van comes around, but he was no where to be seen. There is a phone number given, but you will NEVER, ever, get anyone to answer that phone. My husband emailed to the address given. No response. They say they do not respond to anything but registered post. Send a registered letter, tracked and was signed for by some one called Butterworth, but still no response! This company do not respond to any communications you make. They are not being fair or reasonable by ignoring the general public like this, because the next thing you know you get a request for £100 or be taken to court. If the company would get back to

Was Fined for my ticket being upside down, saw multiple tickets/fine on cars around me, looks like they use any excuse to fine you and hope you pay, even though you have to pay a man to get into the car park. Scam Parking

Parking in Manchester

Off-street (Commercial Car Parks)

Manchester City Council has a joint venture with NCP Car Parks for off-street parking (i.e. commercial car parks) and encourages visitors to use an NCP car park during their stay.

The following car parks usually fill up before 11am:

- King Street West
- Exchange
- M&S
- Market Place

The following car parks usually have space available:

- Arndale and Printworks (over 2200 space combined)
- Grand Hotel (5 mins walk to Piccadilly)

Three free Metroshuttle buses go past most of the car parks and around the city regularly so you can leave the car in the cheapest car park in the city centre for a long stay and don't need to move the car, although this does mean using public transport. Route map on the TfGM website.

On Street (Pay & Display)

On street parking (i.e. pay and display) in Manchester city centre is divided into hourly zones: one hour, two hour and three hour zones.

Further information can be found by clicking on the coloured zones on the map or by visiting Manchester County Council website.
