Don't park here unless you have a small car. The ramps are super narrow and you worry that you'll kerb your alloys adding to the already costly parking tariff. There were people sleeping on the stairs when we came back to our car and it didn't a feel particularly safe place to be walking the family back to the car.

Was in the car park exactly 59 minutes, but they charged 2 hours.

Never parked any where but oracle before and dont know my way around reading. Found myself at this car park as close to where I needed to be and running late. Cost me 3 alloys on brand new car. Ramp up so narrow!!! Ramp down half as wide again. And the curb stones set so high that again out to get your alloys! Thing is once your at the ramp and realise its so narrow there is no why but up!!! I was so stressed, car park expensive enough without the cost of damage to alloys!!!Will never park here again!

It's not a modern car park compared to Oracle, but I think it's reasonably priced at the weekends. £6 for 24 hours seems reasonable to me. It's in the centre of town. However it's not a very easily accessible car park with narrow ramps but this aside I think it's an ok car park. Especially if you are ending up in the end if town.

Visit to Hexagon for auditions for Has Reading Got Talent 2014. My granddaughter was one of the contestants so thought £5 entry fee at Hexagon very reasonable. Did not know if she would get through so didn't know how long I'd be in carpark. I was in car park for 5/10 mins over 4 hours & it cost £11.10 !!! What a rip off and it's not even a nice environment and the access lanes are a nightmare with a biggish car. Spoilt a really lovely day.

something wrong with this car part, the overnight rate just doesn't get applied. no matter when did you entry/leave. parked between 18:00 to 22:00 and charged for £11... will contact NCP costumer service.

Used this carpark to access the Reading Business Centre - others complain about the price but it is displayed before you enter so you know what you're getting in for! The car park has relatively narrow ramps between levels requiring an accurate drive for those with alloys and wider cars. (i.e. my A6!)

OMG, went to oracle shopping center and suddenly saw sign saying Oracle Car Park Full so park in Broad Street Mall... Big mistake, I was there foe 2hr 3min and paid 6.50. I would love to know if Oracle or NCP car park put the FULL warning signs directing ppl to Broad Street Mall, absolutely ruined day out with kids on a tight budget.

Beware of this car park. Insanely overpriced - Particularly be aware if you are parking in the evening. If you arrive before 6pm, the evening charge doesn't apply so they charge you the full daily rate of £11-15. Park anywhere other than here!

Parking In Reading United Kingdom

Town centre parking, or parking near the centre will mean charges.

But some areas which are still close to Reading do not have parking restrictions, e.g. Shinfield, Whitley, West Reading (far end of Oxford Road), East Reading (near Sutton's Business Park).

Streets in North Reading/Caversham are usually quite cramped with cars, and at rush hours the bridges over the Thames can be very busy.
