Parked a motorbike at the cycle parking as no motorbike bays, now have a fine for not parking between white line......there are none, and a motorbike has a tax code of bicycle Won't be going back ever

This is ridiculous. Visited hobbycraft for 30 minutes and came out to a ticket!

Received fine for being a few mins late leaving car park. Obviously shops do not want customers.

Charged £100 for 25min overstay whilst in decathlon. Rip off. No obvious signage.

Got fined £100 for being 10 minutes over the time limit. Will not be returning.

Not clear at all that leaving the site will incur a fine. There should be clear signs at the pedestrian exits.

This is Ridiculous, we were in Benson & Beds for shopping and which took more than 3 - 4 hrs to finish and we have received £170 fine for parking! Has anyone reached these shops to request them to stop this these parking penalties! We we r Customers and this need to be stopped

Last year July during the pandemic, we went as a family to DFS, sofology, Furniture village to look and buy a sofa. We were there just over three hours and not at all aware that we now have a fine of £170!! There is no large, visible signs stating this, if there was then there wouldn't be review. Beyond ridiculous!!

Fined for leaving the site. Unless you love Homesense or sofas this car park is useless.

Car park ticket awful I used shops no human on phone line

OK, this car park is for 'customers of the shops only'. But....it's lockdown - the shops are closed! I can't shop there!! So the car park should be closed, or there should be a clear notice to confirm that it is ok to use it by anyone who needs to park their car. Confused nonsense.

Convenient for the shops, but I have received a £100 penalty notice for exceeding the 3 hours!. I shall be contesting it, as we spent the whole time (3 hours twenty minutes,) in Sofology, selecting and buying a new suite. Evidently three hours is insufficient time to safely shop in these CoVid times.

Very convenient if shopping here . The rules state this is for customers only and cars and users monitored .. Ps: no experience of anyone getting penalized . I shopped at for bury but did step out to visit for bury park for sometime
