Paid for the initial parking okay but when it came to extending the session the system conveniently did not work having attempted multiple times. I received a parking ticket which could not be overturned despite providing evidence that the systems were malfunctioning. AVOID!

Had my car broken into on the Saturday night,do not leave your car overnight my BMW was broken into..gutted I didn't read the reviews....

Prices have gone up and for the security and other factors I don't see why

Last Saturday night my car got stolen from Holiday St car park in Birmingham what ever you do don’t ever use that car park the company is a disgrace and I wish I read reviewer earlier lots of cars being stolen.

Do not, repeat not, use this car park. I had my car stolen from there this week. No cctv and a very threatening attendant who couldn’t give a shit and was extremely aggressive

Yeah it's fairly cheap and convenient to nearby places, but it isn't secure! The massive CCTV camera doesn't work, and it's evident that the car thieves know this. Parking overnight is a big no no. Pay a bit extra elsewhere, but at least you know that you ain't going to be inconvenienced when someone smashes your window (I had a pack of cigarettes nicked for that...that's all!), or worse, nicks your motor.

Car broken into when left for 3 days. Items stolen. Wish I parked in a secure carpark now, this is not gated.

Don't trust this company as it added an extra £2 on card payment.

I recently parked here before work in the mailbox, both machines took my payment and gave me no ticket. Clearly a money making scam in the early hours when nobody is available to help. Avoid like the plague if you want somewhere safe and secure. Five ways carpark located round the corner is the cheapest and most secure for this area.

well priced car park near to the mailbox, down side is very poorly lit and if you want a space here during the week you need to get here very early.
